Our Classes

Regardless of your existing experience or fitness objectives, we have the appropriate fitness program for you. No matter your size or shape, you can get a terrific workout at North Brother CrossFit because we’ve lifted the bar for functional training with innovative programs. We have you covered whether you’re looking for the hardest workout imaginable or just want to work up a good sweat for 30 minutes. PT SESSIONS

Available with Vivienne, Sue or Josh. This is adaptable to suit your goals. They could be weight loss, increase strength or improve cardio.

CROSSFIT

Coached by Dean, Vivienne, Sue, Josh, Dale and Penny . This class includes strength or skill piece, workout and warm up.

OLYMPIC LIFTING

Coached by Dave. This class runs on a 6 week cycles focusing on technique for the Olympic Lifts.

 

CROSSFIT KIDS

Coached by Vivienne. Two age groups are available. 4-7 and 8-11 years old. Perfect for coordination, fitness, health, confidence and strength.

 

TEENS CROSSFIT

Coached by Vivienne, Dean, Dale and Penny. This class is great for all skill sets and abilities. Great to add to existing training or to start a healthy relationship with fitness.

 

 

FUNDAMENTALS AND SKILLS

Coached by Vivienne, Josh, Sue and Dean. This class is for anyone wanting to improve on or learn weightlifting, gymnastics or cardio.
