At North Brother CrossFit we are passionate about YOU, as an individual reaching your fitness goals. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to physical activity, or if you are an elite athlete, we have the ability to cater for you.

CrossFit is defined as a form of high intensity interval training, in further a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. Our varied workouts are never the same meaning you will develop as an athlete regardless of where you start. The key to CrossFit is functional movements, meaning that no matter your age you can access the programming.
