PROGRAM & FEES

OUR PROGRAM IS DESIGNED BY TYRONE, WITH A FOCUS ON PERFECTING BASIC SKILLS AND AN INTRODUCTION TO  COMPLEX MOVEMENTS.

THE CLASS FOLLOWS A TRADITIONAL CROSSFIT WORKOUT WITH A WARMUP, STRENGHT/SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND WOD (WORKOUT OF THE DAY)

WE ALSO AIM TO EDUCATE THE CLASS ON NUTRITION, SAFE GYM PRACTICES AND COMMUNITY SPIRIT.

THIS PROGRAM WILL ENABLE THEIR TRANSITION TO SKILLED TEENS CLASSES ONCE THEIR CROSSFIT SKILLS IN WEIGHTLIFTING & GYMNASTICS ARE DEVELOPED
